Getting to Rarotonga

Via Hawaii with Hawaiian airlines

Via NZ with Jetstar and Air New Zealand

If you are transitting through New Zealand, you will need to apply for a Transit Visa UNLESS you are from a visa waiver country. Getting into Rarotonga
As long as the conference attendees have return tickets, you do not require permits to enter the Cook Islands. 

Travelling and COVID19 

Although negative COVID19 test results and COVID19 vaccination may no longer be requirements to travel, the following is recommended to protect yourself and others from COVID-19: 

• Get up to date with your COVID-19 vaccines before you travel. 
• Consider getting tested before travel. 
• Follow recommendations for wearing masks in travel and public transportation settings.
